Ludington is the number one port for Salmon and Trout fishing on Lake Michigan. According to the DNR fishing reports, more fish are caught in Ludington per angler hour than anywhere else in the state. The Jam Farm, less than a mile from Lake Michigan in Ludington, is the place to get the best jams, jellies, butters, marmalades, and other homemade goodies! In season, Lois Gieleghem makes jam almost all day, everyday. She's always busy coming up with new recipes and keeping her delicious jams in stock. Lois uses heirloom recipes passed down through the family.
